This policy explains what information Business Santa collects through businesssanta.com and how we use it.

What we collect

The site has no account system and stores no form data on our servers. When you use the form or a WhatsApp button, your name, website and the service you chose are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. When you message us, we receive your WhatsApp number, name and what you wrote.

We use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising. Meta may record that you visited this page, opened a WhatsApp chat, started an email to us or requested a call, using cookies or similar technology, so we can measure our ads. Meta's use of that data is covered by Meta's own privacy policy.

How we use it

We use your details only to answer you, review your website, prepare a quote and deliver the work you order. We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

WhatsApp (Meta) carries our conversations. If you send us a message by email from this page, it is delivered to our inbox through FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), an email forwarding service. We share nothing else with third parties unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep conversations and project notes for as long as we work together, and for a reasonable time after, so we can support you. Ask us at any time to delete your information and we will.

Your choices and rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you. California residents have rights under the CCPA, including the right to know and to delete; we do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the Meta measurement described above, and you can opt out of that by blocking cookies or using your browser's privacy settings.

Children

This site is for businesses and is not directed at children under 13.
